So im sick as heck

Since about this weekend I've been feeling ill, and it hasn't been going away.
I've been having cramps in my stomach area and a bit up my spine from the same area also both sides of my stomach.
I've been vomiting a lot so that explains why I have not been doing anything on here.
I'm feeling very lucky about the fact that my dinner for tonight is so far staying down so hopefully I'll be on the road to recovery soon.
